Pamela Wright

Pam started taking Pilates classes over 15 years ago, continued with private training, and eventually pursued
- STOTT PILATES® Instructor Training in 2016.
- Pam successfully completed the Comprehensive Mat and Reformer training and course requirements, and in May 2017 became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor.
She has continued her Pilates education and training with courses from Merrithew™ STOTT PILATES® completing Intensive Cadillac, Postural Analysis, Injuries and Special Populations, Advanced Reformer, Intensive Stability Chair™, Merrithew™ Fascial Movement Foundation Course, Level One and numerous workshops.
Pam also brings her medical and therapeutic experience to the studio with over 30 years of practice as an occupational and certified hand therapist. She is well-equipped to assist her clients with the physical challenges they may face and optimize, and if necessary, modify their Pilates practice. She can help pilates done wright clients enhance their function in their daily activities through improved strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and endurance. Pilates is truly a mind-body experience and through her own challenges, she has seen the additional benefits of reducing stress and joint pain as well as preventing injury. Pam hopes she can help convince all genders, ages and fitness levels that Pilates may be one of the best investments they will make in themselves!
